1.
Don’t you know you started this fight, when you saw the smoke and fed the flames? May your maker shatter your eyes. May your angels die- they fly away. The pack’s awake- you can’t let this lie. Nothing falls from your sky.
2.
Reoccurring 04:01
The end of an era that’s reoccurring suspends my belief now. It’s coming back to me. If I could be dead now- I’m remembering- those dreams recur now. They’re always haunting me.
3.
Prediction 03:07
I’d do anything to feel pain, feel pain as you feel it. The beginning was empty. The hands brought nothing. There’s no name for this feeling, how it presses down on me. I drove knives into my throat to see if they bled something. Reaching, let go, don’t hold on. I won’t wake up. You’ll be gone.
4.
Hold it in your hands, and tell me if you feel the weight. Weather it out. Let me know if it’s worth the mistake, ‘cause when push comes to shove, it’s easier to look away. There’s a road that runs parallel to the secrets that I keep, and it’s the reason that you’ll never see what lights are guiding me. If you’d ever loved a growing thing, I’d show you the way, but you still wouldn’t know what to say. Your barriers are built with stones that beat me to the ground. Does it hurt, to feel the distance amplify that sound? I was trying to grow, but what goes around came back around. Your soul’s nothing more than a space between thoughts. I don’t know what you’ll find where you’re looking- you’re lost. Don’t worry about me. You know, as they say, I’ll let the bridges I burn light my way.
5.
Castle 02:28
He built a castle underground, planted a trigger on the gates, and waited for someone to come for it. He said, “Look at all I’ve created,” and then he ate his denizens, locked his teeth 'till bones and blood submitted. And in a movement, gauntlets high, it would clear the smoke, uncover truth, and construct something better. But he had never been a silver liar; he was sworn in by those whose bones he crushed, and he screamed that it was their fault. It was their fault he had never let them see the sky.
6.
Reach In 01:24
7.
Hold It Down 02:38
Where’d the fighter go? Where’d they run away to? The coward waits and hides, bides time. Feel your shaking drums. What are you waiting for? Bite the ground, and cut your mouth. I’ve seen this hurt before- just reach in, hold down, and pull it out. Climb out of your well. Blistered are the hands that dig it. If your steel’s sharp, you’ll make the cut. I’ve only contempt for your breaking heart. What are you waiting for? Bite the ground, and cut your mouth. I’ve seen this hurt before- just reach in, hold down, and pull it out.
8.
I unfurled yesterday when I scraped all my skin away. Will you follow me down? But that’s not how wings grow, and it’s something I’ll never know. I heard you cry today, screaming loud so the dark would stay. I will follow you down. When your words hit my tongue, you were singing a different song: “There is nothing left. There is nothing more to this. It was never meant to live again, so it comes to an end.” There is nothing left. There is nothing more to this. I was never meant to live again, so it comes to an end.
